Mindfulness Course

Learn to meditate over our 4 -8 week course and give yourself the gift of well-being!

Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR), this is a comprehensive training in the skills you need to regulate your thoughts, emotions and behaviours to find ease and calm in your life.

Weeks 1-4 Mindfulness Fundamentals

  • Stepeeing out of auto pilot

  • mindfulness of the breath

  • body scan

  • movement (mindful yoga)

Weeks 4-8 Deepening Your Practice

  • cultivating awareness of patterns

  • noticing reactivitiy

  • being with difficulty

  • self-compassion

  • open-awareness

Time:6.30-8.30pm Mondays 20 October - 8 December 2025

Take the Introductory course weeks 1-4 for £75 or enrol for the full 8 weeks at £135.
